  Over $2,500.00 worth of doors and openers, and the openers do not work properly. Doors do not open unless you stand directly under the opener. New batteries is the fall-back answer. New batteries do not resolve the issue. Any attempted programming as per the owners manuals does not resolve the issue. Installation of one door is out of level. That caused the door to buckle on one side as it hit the garage floor. It can be seen with the naked eye that it is not level. Oh, but they can charge me a trip charge for over 140 miles RT to "take a look at it." And repairs will be in addition. Buy from Menards and do it yourself. The job will be better done, and the cost will be less than half!
