  This company not only is unreliable but send complete idiots to do the work. They don't return or answer phone calls, they talk down to you, and take forever to schedule service. Go elsewhere...

  Buyer Beware! Let's hope you don't have any problems with the product after it is installed because after they have your money, they are in no hurry to return calls or properly repair their products. They do not answer their phone during business hours and rarely return messages. It took a certified letter threatening legal action before my unit was fixed, and my parents haven't heard from the business regarding their broken unit (which was improperly installed) in almost six months, despite multiple messages left at the business. Please learn from our mistakes. Seek business elsewhere.
